Lowell has more than 15 years experience and ground-level involvement in the sales and marketing industry. Prior to establishing BuyersDaily, he excelled as a President's Club and National Advisory Board member of Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP). Previous to his tenure at ADP, Lowell consulted with innovative B2B start-ups on sales methodology, process improvement and marketing segmentation and planning.
His experience includes founder and CEO of Digedex (Digital Executive Rolodex), one of the first business to business online networking and contact referral site. In addition to founding a previous start-up, his experience working with technology organizations positions him to lead BuyersDaily toward a path of sustainable growth and profitability.
Lowell earned his Bachelor of Science in Advertising as a founding member of the Texas Media Program at the University of Texas at Austin.
Bryan Menell is an investor and advisor to early stage technology companies, as well as an entrepreneur. He currently sits on the board of directors of Moximity, a location based mobile company, and MomentumSI, a systems integrator. He is also advising a handful of early stage companies including Socialware.
An an entrepreneur, has has founded Fusion Learning Systems (2001), Perficient (1997), and Exact Systems (1991). He enjoys networking and idea sharing with other entrepreneurs and business owners. He frequently participates in panel discussions on technology and startups (TechCrunch, Rice Alliance), and works with his wife on the popular Austin Tech Happy Hour.
Bryan began his career in the San Francisco office of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), working with Apple Computer. He earned a bachelors degree in Business/MIS at California State University at Chico. He was a finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year, and recipient of an Austin Under 40 Award.
